Shifting objects when exporting

When I export my pixel art from adobe illustrator CC, the pixels shifts in a odd way. In the preview in illustrator everything is fine (in the outline mode too).
I have marked a few places, but there is a problem everywhere:

I have tried it out:
1. exporting at 72/150/300 dpi
2. export in JPG, PNG, BMP, SVG, TIFF

Tools used:
1. 480 x 711 pixel grid
2. live paint tool

I guess where the problem is: Instead of drawing everything on one pixel grid, I used several layers. There was one grid on each layer. Now when I export, these layers shifts relative to each other, even though the grids are perfectly aligned. In the areas of my artwork where I used only one grid, there is no pixel shift.

I am also attaching a vector PDF file with the editing capabilities of illustrator preserved:

I had a look at your file.

I noticed that you are using Artboard Rulers, I would recommend Global Rulers in the future, Arttboard rulers can hide that the artboard is not aligned to the global pixelgrid. But that is not the case in your file.

But selecting individual pixels show fractional X/Y values.

I did a Select All and applied a Rasterize Effect which will show how Illustrator will export pixels at 72 ppi.

The Rasterize effect is live, which means that you can adjust the position of the vector objects and preview how it will export. The effect is non destructive, you can turn it on and off.

I do not know a way to generally correct the position of the vector object, but you can use the preview to manually adjust the position.

I changed the coordinates of each layer to integer and now when I apply the raster effect everything is fine. Thank you so much.
