Shorcuts and key arrows are not working in Illustrator v.27.1.1

Suddenly, Illustrator stop responding to shortcuts (any of them) and recently, the arrows. I manually introduce some shortcuts but I can use it all of them and it's affecting my workflow. 

I 've already re-install the program, my macbook and update it and nothing has changed.

 

I'm really upset about this because I'm paying the license to not have to deal with this, have you solve a similar issue? how can I contact for personal help?

    What OS version and language are you running?  Do shortcuts work in other apps like Photoshop? How are you manually introducing shortcuts, are you updating edit >> keyboard shortcuts? Do you have any third party software for your OS like virus protection or Illustrator like plug ins?

      Hello @Mike_Gondek10189183 and @Anubhav M thanks for answering! I have 11.4 and I will update to macOS Big Sur 11.7.6 version (M1), the language is spanish (my native Language). And illustrator 27.4.1.

       

      Yeah, shortcuts work properly in other Adobe Apps, the only problem is Ilustrator, this is still a big issue for my work.

      I manually introducing shortcuts in the way Mike described, edit >> keyboard shortcuts, as the pic below.

       That´s the only way it's barely working right now, but I don't have access to more complex commands as Option D to automatically duplicate a shape, etc.

       

      Hope the info provided helps to find the problem, because I've uninstalled Illustrator, updated it, rebooting the system, but the problem persists.

      Nevermind @Anubhav M and @Mike_Gondek10189183 it has already fixed itself tonight, I don´t know how, it just suddenly started working properly!
