Since updating to MacBook Tahoe, cannot export file in Adobe Illustrator

Community Beginner ,

When I try to export to an .ai file to .psd or .png, i get these two messages (attached).  I have rebooted.  I have reset illustrator settings.  And i've done a clean up of my macbook pro 16 inch 2019, with a purchased software.  i've also posted my macbook info.  Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using any third-party plug-ins with your Illustrator or the new OS? If so make sure that they have been updated to a version that is compatible with Tahoe (if that exists!). If you can't update the plug-ins then try disabling them and see if the problems with Illustrator persist.

Hello @debdoris,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you try the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/3IWCpQi) and let us know if they help?

Also, try checking if Illustrator behaves this way with all files, including when exporting/saving to a specific folder location, and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Anubhav
