Speicherauslastung viel zu hoch

Hallo zusammen, 
ich habe seit einigen Monaten extreme Probleme mit Illustrator und Photoshop, was den Speicherdruck angeht. Ich habe 40 GB Arbeitsspeicher und nur allein das Öffnen von Photoshop und Illustrator belegt bereits knapp 35 GB, da habe ich noch keine Datei geöffnet. Sprich, parallel noch InDesign öffnen, ist unmöglich, allerdings muss ich den ganzen Tag zwischen den 3 Programmen springen. Adobe konnte mir nicht helfen, außer mir zu raten, alles zu deinstallieren und wieder neu, aber auch das brachte immer nur eine Verbesserung bis zum nächsten Neustart. Dann wurde mir nahegelgt auf eine möglichst alte 2021 Version von Illustrator zu wechseln. Gleiches Spiel, alles gut bis zum nächsten Neustart. 
Ich bin der Verzweiflung nahe, hat jemand von Euch auch schon mal das Problem gehabt und eine Lösung für mich? Das wäre toll...

Hi. If you try to open a third application do you get some error? The Operating system should be able to share memory dynamically between open applications.

ja mein Mac erfüllt alle Systemvorraussetzungen. Habe ihn erst letztes Jahr gekauft. 
ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung, dass mein RAM Speicher fast erschöpft ist und ich eine Anwendung schließen soll.

Also, make sure your operating system is updated to the latest version available.

Das habe ich auch bereits 3 mal gemacht! Und mein Mac ist auf aktuellem Stand

In that case, I would try something more radical: formatting the computer and making a new clean installation of the Operating System and Applications.

Same here, nothing of the answers help.

Thats really annoying, paying for services which shut down your (new) mac, just with opening the programs without having files opened.
