Stroke changes shown only seen in Isolation Mode

Hello, 

Stroke changes shown only seen in Isolation Mode. It is not Outline mode obviously. But I cannot find how to fix it. 

No colour, no stroke changes appean in, but filling is normal. When go to the isolation mode, stroke looks how I customised. When exit from isolation mode, it doesn show my update on the stroke.

In your screenshot, there is an appearance applied to the layer. Can you select it (the dot in the layers panel here) and show the appearance panel?

Can you share an Illustrator file that shows the problem? Save as .pdf or rename the .ai extension to .pdf to be able to attach it to a post on this forum.
