Subscription Issue?

I recently (Monday 7th November) subscribed to a monthly subscription (paid $79.99 AUD) for Adobe Creative Suite i.e. using Adobe Illustrator. I used Illustrator last night and tonight it says my free trial has expired and I cannot launch Illustrator again. It has only been 9 days of my monthly subscription. What is going on? How do I reinstate the subscription I have already paid for? (Frustrated!)
