Super laggy, Constant spinning wheel, Scrubby zoom not working despite being on.

My file details:

The file itself is 83.9mg. It is a single packaging file for the wrapper of a 2 pack mylar bag of pre-rolls. Very simple, no crazy 3d renderings or anything that is overly complex. The background pattern was made up of a bunch of blends- which I read somewhere could cause lag. So, I rasterized the background and saved a seperate editable file to make color changes in the future. Other than that, I had two diamond vector images that could be the only other elemnt even close to being complex, so I rasterized those as well. Other than those two elements, the rest of the design is made up of text and shapes, very simple. 

My document raster effect settings are set to 72dpi. With that being said, my file is still running incredibly slow. No matter what action I try to make I instantly get a spinning wheel and it takes minutes to load. Is there any other solution to help this file run smoother? I am shocked that its not even that complex of a file and its having these major lag issues, making the design process very painful as this is one of 6 that need to be created for this specific product. Any information is much appreciated.
