Sync Settings Missing

I am trying to set sync settings in illustrator and the icon shown in the Adobe Help topic is not located in the lower-left hand corner. When I go to Preferences, there is no link/menu item for sync settings.

I want to be able to save workspaces, swatches, etc. and none of that is happening. All of the help pieces I access guide me to change my Sync Settings preferences, but I can find the setting within Illustrator.

Any help you have is greatly appreciated!

You can export and then import settings, but no longer sync it. The function is no longer there.

Edit > My settings > Export

Well... then I guess the Adobe help must be updated...I went crazy to look for the same features trying to understand why were not shown on my AI copy at least until I found your reply.

p.s.: I mean ... I read the sync options were not available no more, but it was in conflict with the help page... I guess it’s the same for photoshop cc 2018 (i’ll Check it out)

Probably the only cloud feature I was using. Too bad it was removed. They should remove the library feature instead (;
