Hello Santhana Kiru31727334jpbt,

Thank you for bringing up the issue you're facing with Illustrator when processing images through VB.NET code. It's important to ensure that your workflows are seamless and productive, and I'm here to assist you in resolving this matter.

To better assist you, I would like to gather some additional information:

  • Could you kindly let me know which operating system you're using and the specific version of Illustrator that you're encountering this issue with?

  • If possible, could you provide a recording or detailed description of your workflow when processing images using Vb.net code? This would be immensely helpful in understanding the steps you're taking and the point at which the process is being terminated.

Also, please be aware that running Illustrator through VB.NET code might not be a supported way to interact with the application. Directly manipulating Illustrator through code could lead to unpredictable behavior and might not align with how Illustrator is designed to work. It's worth considering whether there are alternative approaches or methods that can achieve your image processing goals more effectively.

Your experience with an earlier version (CS5) not exhibiting this issue is noteworthy, and we want to help you get to the bottom of this.

By understanding your specific workflow and setup, we can provide you with more targeted advice and potentially share your experience with the product team for further review.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work toward resolving this matter. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Best regards,

Anshul Saini
