Text to vector not working

After Illustrator update generate text to vector not working properly - whatever text I prompt with it produces incomplete vectors as per image here ( should have been a dog with a bone ) In the preview whilst creating variations they look complete but when finished nothing is complete - many vectors missing ! Any ideas anyone how to resolve - restarted illustrator many times which made no difference !

There's also nothing in the outline view? Or a hidden layer?

Was that one of the example prompts? If not: do those work for you?

Did you already reset the preferences?

@Anshul_Saini could you please take a look at this?

the same thing happens whether I use an example prompt or one of my own. Reset and restarted illustrator many times but still the issue remains

Hover over a variation and select More options.

Select Good result or Poor result to rate its quality.

Select Report variation if it's harmful, illegal, or offensive.
