Hello @rimadem,
Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to reset Illustrator's preferences manually and checking if that helps resolve the issue:

So you are using Save for web and an unknown error appears.
Does the error appear when you open the Save for web dialog box? Or only when you click on save?
What's in the file? Which functions did you use?
Does it work with other files?
What is the name of this file? Does it use special characters? Or just ASCII?

Appears only when saving for the Web. Another storage method is working properly.
The file name was Korean, so I deleted the special characters and changed them to English and saved them, but the results were the same.
It was a single file and didn't work with other files.
There are no features that you have used using the files provided for your exercise other than moving.

You can try to restart your machine. Copy the content into a new document. Reset preferences.

Well, I've definitely reinstalled it, but I didn't turn it off and on. I'll have to try it again.

Please tell us what's in the file.
What is the resolution you put into the dialog box?
When does the error appear? Directly after opening the dialog box or when you click on OK? Please tell us all the steps.

Hello @rimadem,

- Rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 27 Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator - 27 Settings.old
Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders in case you want to. The location is mentioned above.
Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-...) and sharing your observations.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Anubhav
