Hello. I am exporting a .dwg file from Sketchup (file > export > 2D graphic > Format: AutoCAD DWG file (*.dwg)). When I try to open it in Adobe Illustrator I get the following error, "The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error [2067]. Illustrator and SketchUp are up to date.

Please advise.

We are sorry for the trouble. This is a known issue and has been reported by multiple users. This generally happens when the DWG file is exported using a third-party application, not AutoCAD, or you have exported using an older version of AutoCAD. The issue was resolved in a later version and is now back in recent versions.
