Hi,

I am getting this error message when trying to resize the mockup. I have looked for older posts on this but it is all about the 2018 version. I have the latest version of Ai installed and still getting this error.

Is there any solution to this?

What kind of object(s) are you resizing? What effects do they have?

Are there any placed images? Transparency? Effects? How many objects?

How big is the file?

Are other applications running?

When did you last reboot the computer?

In your preferences under performance how much memory is listed? And do you have any other app open at the same time you are working in Illustrator?

Can you shut down Chrome? It's known for eating RAM for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Better: reboot the computer and don't even touch Chrome.

Try this link and see if there is any help there: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/not-enough-memory-illustrator-cc.html

Also just for a test try to open the file in Photoshop. If successful try and set the size you wish and the resolution you need. Photoshop will flatten the file so changes to file will not be possible.
