Who do I contact to get the training videos for Adobe Illustrator captioned? These videos are inaccessible without captions.
These free videos come from various Adobe training partners.
.
The video you are referencing comes from Train Simple/Plural Sight. They currently have closed captions for just over 50% of their courses. You'll notice that the majority of their IT Ops and Developer content has closed captioning, while much of their creative content does not. To determine whether a course has closed captions, look for the gray "cc" icon to the right of course titles when browsing through different course categories

They are working hard to add closed captions to all of their new courses, but it's a lengthy process and they appreciate your patience. If you have any specific requests, please let them know at support@pluralsight.com and they can expedite the request for you.
I recommend you also look at Lynda.com which offers closed captioning for select training videos, denoted by the CC graphic. You can try lynda.com free for 30 days. I have taught college courses in Adobe Illustrator for 10 years and recommend any training video from Mordy Golding or Deke McClelland on this particular topic.
Note: to enable closed captioning within a Lynda.com video, click the small CC button near the bottom of the window when you launch the video. If you do not see this button, closed captioning is not available for this course.
You can contact lynda.com and ask them if they have videos on your topic with closed captioning here:

I am sorry I did not go through every single course to see which had closed captioning but if you contact the companies at the two links above, the right people will answer your question. I hope this information is helpful.
