Hello!
I'm having trouble with Illustrator. After the last update, it gives a driver error. No driver updates are coming out for my laptop. How can this problem be solved?

Does it work normally if you ask it to continue with known errors?

Yes, it works, but it seems to me that it has become slower and sometimes freezes.
And ... This warning appears every time you start Illustrator

You can disable the report in Preferences > General.

I'm not certain of this, but I think it may be overzealous.

I think it's not about the report and turning it off ... But the very essence of the error. Can't solve a problem with outdated drivers?

What I mean is, I believe the report is perhaps overly cautious.

Illustrator users report lots of GPU/visual bugs on these forums. In theory, if your system doesn't show a compatibility error, these shouldn't occur (I wonder if that will hold true?). Without being able to solve all these, I think this is a fallback so the developers can push the issue back to the user's system. But Illustrator may still be useable even with these errors -- nothing should have changed between 25.1 and 25.2 to upset this.

Hi Doug,

I am experiencing the same error, and was advised to turn off the notification as well. However, the problem persists. If I try and work on larger files, Illustrator gives me an error that I do not have enough RAM.

Never had this issue before. I posted about this myself two days ago, and the problem is still present. I think it has to do with Illustrator, not an individuals system.

Does this RAM error occur in files that worked flawlessly in version 25.1?

I am only conjecturing that some users may turn off the warning and continue using Illustrator without further issue. If you are experiencing errors new to version 25.2, that is something you should contact support directly about, rather than the forums, as they may be able to identify newly-introduced bugs.
