Hello @Stefano306753871s6m,
Thanks for reaching out. The Intel UHD 770 does meet the minimum requirements for running the latest version of Illustrator. However, you may experience performance challenges when working on larger projects or using 3D. This is due to the fact that the graphics processing unit is not a dedicated one and doesn't have the recommended 4GB VRAM.
Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.
Thanks,
Anubhav

I have the UHD 770 igpu in a 13th gen i5 and im wondering why illustrator says the total video memory is 2GB but windows will let the UHD 770 use up to half my system memory, which would be 16GB. Is there anyway to get Illustrator to use more than 2GB?

Hello @Eric Inthecircle,
Kindly allow me some time to check this with the team.

Wondering if you got any word from the team on this. Within the last couple of updates more GPU support has been added to illustrator, and now I keep having issues with GPU preview. It either stops working, and I have to resort to CPU preview, which is less nice to work with. One time Illustrator crashed and gave me a warning about GPU support. It seems random at this point, and I haven't been able to recreate any of the situations. At this point, restarting Illustrator seems to fix the GPU preview.

Hello @Eric Inthecircle,
Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU(s) drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4mOMoFo) and checking if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
