unable to create Mockup in Illustrator beta stuck at adding mockup components

Hello! I have installed Adobe Illustrator Beta and have been trying to create mockups. I put in my image, then a vectorized logo I created ontop. I select both images and go to object, mockup, make, but this is the screen that pops up. It is stuck on this screen everytime and was looking for a solution thank you!

Is your internet connection working?

Maybe too aggressive firewall in place?

I have the same issue where it is stuck on "adding mockup components". I have left this open for over an hour and nothing updates.

Exactly the same issue here in the UK.

I am not sure if will help or not. but the mockup in Illustrator only works when the top object is vector object.
