Unable to install Illustrator Dell Latitude 5420

Hi,

We have try several times and we are unable to install the Illustrator on this computer:

Windows 10 Pro - Versión 22H2 64bits
16gb de RAM y 512gb disc

Always appers 117 error, we have disables de firewall and antimalware, install unistall Adobre creative cloud, everything but it doen's work. As you can see in the screeshoot it is OK and it should work on this computer according to you.

Also it is not possible to update de creative cloud.

I've got a student account and all the payments are OK.

Could you please help me?
