I am unable to save my file in the cloud. My resolution is perfectly fine. Can't figure out what is the problem.

The issue is now fixed. It was some artboard problem in the file. Got help from Adobe Support.

What does "Learn more" tell you?

What's in the file?

Is there enough free space in your Cloud account?

Can the file be saved locally?

"Resolution" in this case pssobibly means "solution"

Learn More takes me to Troubleshoot of coresync. But when I checked that it is fine, there is no problem there.

In the file there is 1 artboard where I have used one element with blending mode

There is a lot of space in my cloud account

File can be saved locally, yes.

If you create a new very simple document. Can you then save it?

If I create a simple document and save it, it gets saved, but then I work on the same file again and save it; adobe illustrator shows me this pop-up where the file cannot be saved.

Hi there,

Sorry about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

  • OS and version of Illustrator
  • As you are able to save new documents as Cloud documents, then the issue is with this specific document? Could you please share the document with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html) and share the download link here or via DM.

I would suggest you to try save as Cloud Document and rename it. Also, please copy all your work from this document to a new document and then try to save as Cloud Document and let us know how it goes.

Thanks & Regards,

Anshul Saini

We have recently released an update for Illustrator 2021 (v 25.4.1), which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on v25.4.1, then we recommend you to update to the latest version and share your observation with us.
