Upload file to HighTail.com or similar

New Here ,
Jul 25, 2023 Jul 25, 2023

I'm trying to upload spreads to Hightail from Adobe Illustrator, but the images appear changed once uploaded in the following ways:

Images appear faded

Text appears to have a line running through the middle of thick, colored letters

A white border appears around images

See the images below for reference.

I've tried using embedded or non-embedded images, rasterizing, ensuring the Document setup is High Resolution, etc.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Illustrator forum so that proper help can be offered.

You might want to ask the people running that Hightail service for advice.

What kind of file(s) are you uploading? Adobe Illustrator AI files? PDF? Something else?

What kinds of applications are they using to open your files on their end? The previews you uploaded look like glitches that could occur by importing Adobe-generated artwork into a non-native software environment.
