Hello,
There is some vector created by esko plugin barcode. But it cant editable.
May i know what king of object is this. we need to develope some thing like non ediable vector.
Editable only thorugh plugin waht we create. I have looked arounf scripts and plugin sdk. If somebay can give hint about this object.
If we select direct selection, the vector points not shown to edit. But when we see select preview mode, it is shows as vector.
Can anyone help what kind of object is this one?
Thank you.
I have the plugin. The barcode comes out as a grouped/compound path - you have to go to Object>Compound Path>Release or double click to get into the object.
Also the value itself is not editable once you create the barcode - if you are looking to change the values you need to create a new one with the plugin.

Can you select it and then hit the magnifying glass in the layers panel. Then check waht it is called in the Layers panel. Is it a group, or compound path or Plugin art ... ?
It looks like it has been outlined. So in Illustrator you cannot edit it- do you have the plugin?

check with Esko support, or look around the plugin options to see if there's a way to expand the object.
as it is, it is probably reported as a "pluginItem" with its internal pathItems not exposed for editing

it's created by the Esko plugin, I don't have the plugin, I can't test. But they might have an option for the user to "expand" the object and gain access to the individual paths without having a programmer go to the SDK. I'm speculating here.
