I would love to use some of thes step by step tutorials in illustrator for my students. Every time I try to access the tutorials they cant be found. Whats going on here? Is this a known issue? For example I will use this video link on adobe.
https://www.adobe.com/learn/illustrator/in-app/jump-into-color?learnIn=1
When I click on the link to begin the tutorial, I get this error. This is with any of the videos like this one from adobe.

When I try this, one browser tells me there is a popup blocker and the other downloads an installer. I don't know why it's not working, but it's not the first time I'm seeing that.
What you can try: go to Help > Tutorials, which opens the Learn panel. And in there search for tutorials directly. If you enter the headline of that tutorial then probably you will find it inside that panel. Does that work?

@Monika Gause, do you see the "Hands-On Tutorials" in the Learn Panel? It's missing from my version 29.6. That might be the reason the jump into color tutorial is not working. Actually none of the Local Hands On tutorial work.
I have 29.3.1 on another machine where the link on the web opens just fine.
this is 29.6

I tried to search for it, but these tutorials are so crazy to use because they always force you into whatever language is set up on your system and Illustrator. You can change Helpx to whatever you want, but tutorials are a different beast as they don't cooperate when you speak multiple languages. I have 2 different languages set up for system/Illustrator thus it's impossible to search for anything.
So helping with these tutorials is a nightmare for me, because while I can reproduce the actual issue, I have zero chance of checking what can actually work around them.

ok I see but do you see the "Hands On Tutorial" Menu in any of the two languages you have?

Just compared it to version 2024 and you're right: there are no hands-on tutorials in 2025. But I was experiencing issues with the sample files for longer - so this might be related to the category missing or it might be caused by something entirely different.
Anyway: I've reported it. So hopefully someone will take care of it.

I have the exact same problem, glad to know I am not alone.

Does anyone know if this is ever going to get resolved? Adobe has remained silent. I tried the 29.3 version work around and it still doesn't work.

I am patiently waiting for this to be fixed. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, reverting to earlier versions, and launching the tutorials through Safari, turned off any pop-up blockers, and still no hands-on tutorials. I do not use a VPN. Installed & ran Illustrator on my spouse's machine, no hands-on tutorials there either. MacOS, Safari are all up do date. I was so pumped to work through all the tutorials as I'm a new user. Surely there will be a fix soon.

Adobe will fix it, when? who knows
in the meantime install 2023 or 2024 if an earlier version of 2025 doesn't work for you.
I just re checked and Hands On Tutorials work on both versions

Appreciate the help; however, please don't make suggestions that don't work. Number one, you can't install any versions previous to 2024 and two, the 2024 version still doesn't work. Not sure where you got a version that works but it still doesn't work for the rest of us. Yes, when you go to Help and Tutorials, it will says "Hands On" but did you actually select it to see if it loads?

did you give it a try? did you find the Tutorial?
Number one, yes you can Install 2023 if you wanted. It's not in the CC App, but the installs do exist
Number two, I did say "I just re checked" in my previous post
this is 2023 v27.9, threre's the Jump Into Color Tutorial
2024 v28.6
2025 v29.3.1

perhaps none of those versions will work for you, Monika mentioned she had issues in the past
