Hi All,

 

We are sorry for this experience. We have already escalated the issue to the product team. This error could happen due to multiple reasons. The product team has requested to collect the performance log to further investigate. Here are the steps:

 

  • Close Adobe Illustrator > Launch Command Prompt > Paste the following command and hit Enter set AI_ENABLE_LOGS=1 && "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2024\Support Files\Contents\Windows\Illustrator.exe"

Hi. Who can help me with the same issue as other users are having. Generative AI isn't working for me at all. I don't have the feature Text to Vector and anytime I try to generate a vector it gives me an error and says about high volume or always an error message. This has been happening for awhile and I have never been able to generate anything.

I found that if I typed a word that Adobe didn't like, instead of telling me that it was sensoring me it just displayed the message. If you have something objectionalble, that might be the problem. As soon as I took the F word out of my prompt it worked great. I was trying to make a coaster design that said "Don't F up my table!" but alas, Big brother knew better than I did. Hope this helps.

Is has something to do with your team account from Adobe I think. If you have a subscription due to work it can work differently. The text to vector doesn't work then. Plus Adobe is not telling you have to pay for this new beta feature. It's called Adobe Firefly but you have to have a subscription to get 'credits' monthly to generate vector pictures. Normally it should be in illustrator already? Personal accounts work, at least for me. (But then I have read that you can also generate pictures even if you have no credits left?) I don't know but it seems that work/team accounts has this text to vector option turned off for some reason?
