Hello, I too keep getting the "high demand" error, have done since I started my subscription around a week ago.

I followed the above command prompt and said, "Internal or external commands, programs that can be executed, or
It says, "It's not a batch file." I checked it along that path myself, and I didn't have a support folder, but there was a folder called a support files, so I tried replacing the prompt command from support to support files, but still, "Internal or external commands, programs that can be executed, or."
It's not a batch file." It didn't change.

This is embarassing considering the money we pay for a business account. I am considering to cancel the subscription. Are you aware there are free tools offering vectorized generated content?

Is has something to do with your team account from Adobe I think. If you have a subscription due to work it can work differently. The text to vector doesn't work then. Plus Adobe is not telling you have to pay for this new beta feature. It's called Adobe Firefly but you have to have a subscription to get 'credits' monthly to generate vector pictures. Normally it should be in illustrator already? Personal accounts work, at least for me. (But then I have read that you can also generate pictures even if you have no credits left?) I don't know but it seems that work/team accounts has this text to vector option turned off for some reason?
