Looks like Brandon Grotesk (but the apostrophe is not - it looks like it's from some Transitional/Modern serif face)

For those looking for font matchers, in addition to WhatTheFont and Indentifont, FonstSquirrel has a good one.
Also: WhatTheFont has an app so you can use your phone to match fonts.
