Where to find the Expand option on AI

i seem to have lost the expand option as It seems to have moved some where else

Which Expand?

Expand? Expand Appearance, Expand Live Paint/Envelope/other Live objects (all in the Object menu)

Expand Compoun shape (in the pathfinder panel)

Flatten transparency (in the Object menu)

Expand Image trace? In the Object menu

If you miss them in the control panel, check your screen size and the controlpanel menu.

The Expand commands are under the Object menu. Some of them are in sub-menus, i.e. Object > Image Trace > Expand, and so forth.
