White box appearance behind image

New Here ,

I need some help here. I am creating a save the date and I have taken the images of the couple and created a live trace for them. After I create the live trace, a white box appears in the corners of the image when I place it at an angle. Its fine when I have them at no angle, but as soon as a small tilt is placed, there is white on the outside that squares the image out... I don't know how to fix it and I need help!!

Can you also check if it is a display issue?

Cmd E (Mac) Ctrl E (Win) to switch between Preview GPU/CPU.
