Why does it look like that ?

When im exporting and SVG file, my shape looks as if I have outlines although I dont.

for example:

It doesnt look this way in illustrator... Can I do something to make it a shape without lines ?

Have you used pathfinder to merge the shapes to become on piece? It appears that there are 3 shapes in the darker red color, and 2 shapes in the lighter red color.

You will need to show us the contents of the layers panel.

Also: use the pathfinder panel, not the effects menu
