Why does my Creative Cloud say 'illustrator required' when I already it?

A designer friend of mine shared a live illustrator file with me on cloud. We've been collaborating on the file perfectly well till last week. Today, I tried to open the same file and CC Desktop app gave me this error. I am lost. What do I do?
