Why is my type weird and wobbly?

I cant figure out why my text is doing this, I had already uninstalled and reinstalled, when I export for screens, its ok, but any explanation why its doing this or how could I fix it? (Notable difference in x-height with the u-n and w-n)

Some fonts are doing this. I have seen it in some variable fonts.

You could try if it helps to go to CPU preview.

And then also report it as a bug and see what the developers say.
