Why my new laptop doesn't support any adobe program?

Hello, I recently bought a new laptop and I wanted to download Illustrator, 
but I get the message that it doesn't work on my device, I updated everything and it still doesn't work.
 I have a Lenovo Legion Slim 5-14 Ryzen 7- 7840HS\32GB\1TB\Win11 RTX4060 OLED laptop.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having downloading Illustrator. Could you please share the System Information report (https://adobe.ly/3XYqXax) and a screenshot of the error message so I can check this with the team?
