Workspace grey out, cannot create new Ai, don't know what happened?

Hi Everyone, 

Today I installed upated macOS Monterey version 12.6.8. Found Ai could not start up normally.

Workspace startup is grey out and I could not select "New" to create the new Ai file. But I can open recent file. Tried to uninstall and reinstalled Ai latest version in my MBP, anyone know what happened? It made me frastrated.

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues with Adobe Illustrator after updating your macOS.
