I have Adobe illustrator for my laptop and my iPad and whenever I open a file or start a new file after a little while the app was just crashed. It will sometimes work for a little bit, but then it will crash. I don't know what's causing the problem I need help please. I don't know if it has to do with my Apple Pencil or not , so far, I have removed the app and restart my iPad and then reinstall illustrator on my iPad and it did not help with the crash issue
