I'm having the same problem on my ipad pro 2020 and my ipad mini 6. This is so frustrating. Adobe support gave up and told me to down grade to ipados 16.

Because that is the only solution as of now. It's a beta system after all. Why do you even install it on a productive device?

No need to shame a person Monica. I've never had this many problems with betas in the past. This is just a bad beta by Apple and it dogs not seem that Adobe is doing any updates either. I've been on Public Beta17 - 2 for over a week and there has been no acknowledgment by Apple or Adobe there is any problem. I'm just really disappointed in both companies right now.

General advice with any beta: do not install it on a productive system (this is just common sense, it's a beta test after all. They want to iron out the errors and issues and you are just the first one to experience the issues.). It's been 25 years since I have used one of Apple's betas. Do they no longer warn you of that? That would be a shame.
No software company rolls out apps for beta systems immediately. They use the beta period for their development as well (they do not have even earlier access to it, how should they?). If you beta test the system, then at least you have to beta test the application software as well in order to have early access to apps that might possibly run on your beta system (no guarantee for that btw.).
