Adobe illustrator keeps crashing on the iPad

I downloaded the Adobe Illustrator app for my iPad, it worked for 2 days. After that every time I click the app, it opens up for .2 seconds and then crashes immediately and doesn't let me open or use the app at all. I have reinstalled the app numerous times, each time it opens up to the log in page just fine, then the second I type in my log in information and it realizes it's me, it shuts down immediately and continues to not let me even open it. I check for updates every day this past week, and nothing. It works perfectly fine on my laptop. I have no idea where to go from here.

I had the same issue, my fix was simple, just had to update my iPad software.

I have the iPadOS17 Beta on my ipad pro and Illustrator crashes every time I try to open it. Is there a fix for using Illustrator on the beta? Thanks!

I have this issue on my iPad. For the life of me I can not get into the actual canvas. Every time I try to start, by creating a new document, the spinner comes up and never goes away. I have to force quit the application. Please help I and others whom are having this same problem would love to use illustrator on the go. Thank you Very much I look forward to being able to use this application

I Have the same problems. i have tried to sign out my apple id and reinstall AI on the ipad. Still the same problm. i couldnt go to canvas. its really annoying. please help

I'd love to hear from others about what version is actually installed on their iPad. After installing what appears to be 1.0.3, it's actually showing 1.0.0 when I check "About" inside Illustrator (Go to your profile pic in the upper right-hand corner to get there). I have several students that have to keep deleting the app and then reinstalling it to get it to work. If they switch to other apps, it crashes.

Can't get to that screen, my app quits just after it starts. It worked from months, then, suddenly does that. It's frustrating since I have works to deliver.

Hi all,

 

Really sorry to hear about this experience. Is the app crashing as soon as you launch it? If yes, we're investigating this issue and need some additional details so that we can assist you further. We'd need the crash logs which you could share with me over a direct message.

 

How to look for the crash logs: 
  • Open iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics and improvements > Analytics data on user device. You will see file names like “adobe illustrator***.ips. That's the log file, please share it over DM.

 

Also, let us know the - 

  • iPad make and model
  • iOS version
  • Are you using any trackpad or keyboard? If yes, do share the details.

I have the lates iPad Pro that just came out in May(ish) of this year. I
was also a beta tester. All systems are completely up to date. I have
uninstalled both the beta and public version of Illustrator several times.
Attempts to open either version produce the same result of about 10 secs of
upload and then it crashes.
