Can’t edit text

After creating a text box I can't figure out how to edit text. The keyboard doesn't pop up. I've looked at the in app and online help and that didn't help. I attached a screen recording.

3. Sometimes, the on-screen keyboard might not pop up due to device settings. A quick look at your iPad’s keyboard settings might help resolve that.

4. It may help to close and reopen Illustrator on your iPad or restart your iPad to see if the issue clears up.
