Go to the precision tab on the right side of the screen and there you can turn it on.

Its not working. I go to the precision tab, turn on snapping, check snap to grid, and it is still letting me place pen points anywhere instead of constraining it to the grid.

Sorry, I didn't notice that this is for the iPad.

I just tried it in my current version and couldn't get it to snap either.
