I can log into my creative cloud student account on my Ipad Pro but whenever I try to log into Illustrator it says that I have to contact my IT-Adminstrator to gain access to Adobe Illustrator on Ipad.

Does anybody have a solution to this?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Please check your membership information on Adobe accounts page. You should be able to see the membership you've given.
If you do not see any membership there, I'd recommend contacting the IT-Administrator & check with them if you're given access to the app.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh

It depends on how your school set it up. Since it is a school account, you have to go through your school's IT department. You have gotten a correct answer from both your iPad and from an Adobe employee.

Contact your IT department.

It says Adobe membership for companies (with the name of my university). Could it be that students need to get seperate access from their universities in order to use the mobile app? Because the desktop version works just fine for me.
