Illustrator opening but not starting

Hi all, I recently got and iPad and installed Illustrator as I have an account through school.

the problem is that every time I go to open illustrator it opens but the side menu only half loads.

ive fully updated the iPad so I don't know what the problem is. I NEED HELP URGENTLY!

Hello 

 

I also got the same problem. I tried using school account and got the same error.

for mine, it's Ipad pro M1 (2021) with the latest iOS 17.4.1 and just download the aodebe illustrator today.
