Projects Completely Gone

I have been using a free trial of Adobe illustrator for a few months. I opened the app today and it asked me to login and to select a plan to be able to continue using the app. I selected a plan and now all my project are gone. How can I get my projects back?

Free trials don't last a few months. How were you able to do that?
