InCopy on the web... Can't get it to work at all. What am I doing wrong?

I follow the step-by-step instructions from the official site, and everything goes fine... but no message ever comes to the collaborators (for the test I'm sending it other emails that I own that have Adobe IDs attached, so I know it's not going into spam or anything ). 

Clicking the 'copy link' button in the Content Editing panel doesn't copy anything to the clipboard. 

Is this feature geographically locked or something? (I'm in Europe)

Does anybody have any ideas?

Cannot for the life of me get this to work either.

 

It gets stuck loading the 'environment' on Google Chrome at 27% for me, and at different percentages depending on who's computer you're trying to open the link from.

It worked ONLY once with a colleague, but then subsequent attempts from her failed, so we have no way of knowing why it worked that one time, and we therefore can't test it to find out why.

Thanks for reaching out!

Would you mind sharing the details of the OS you’re using? 

For invitation not being received, check the "Shared with You" section in the Adobe Creative Cloud web app to see if the invitation appears there. Try testing this after turning off the firewall (if any) to isolate if it is blocking it. 

For the Copy Link Button Not Working, I would suggest trying the following and let me know the outcome: 

 - Try using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) and make sure it’s updated.

 - Clear your browser cache and disable any extensions that might interfere with clipboard functions.

- If the issue persists, try opening InCopy on the web in incognito/private mode and see if that helps.

 

If possible, share with me a sample file to perform some tests. If confidential, share it via DM on the Community.
