The suggestions shared by Rishabh would work only for the lastest two major versions of InDesign, as Adobe only supports the lastest two versions of CC apps. With CC2023 released you wont be able to download 2021 version anymore(you can look though to verify as 2023 is just rolling out so you might get lucky). Now if you don't get the donwnload via Creative Cloud Desktop app, then the only recourse you have is to contact support and ask them for a download link, they would provide one if possible
