Maybe your file is corrupted?

Try IDMLing - export as IDML, open, save with a new name - do not overwrite your original file.

Can you export using a different setting, such as PDF/X-4?

If it's on a specific page - then some object - or piece of text - on that page is corrupted.

How to know that text?
