Maybe your file is corrupted?

Try IDMLing - export as IDML, open, save with a new name - do not overwrite your original file.

One of the error messages indicates a problem with the PDF settings file.

Can you export using a different setting, such as PDF/X-4?

Hi, It was Acrobat 5. Just tried with Acrobat 4. Again same issue..

We have workflow. They will provide plugin for drag the story. That plugin
is supporting only to 2022 version. So now we can't use 2023..

Yes, you've mentioned that already.

But as has been mentioned on another threads - even if you download an official version of previous version of CC - updates are not available.

So you have a vanilla/initial version - without necessary updates - and maybe that's the reason for the error?
