4 up template and one of them is a master

I want to set a doc that have 4 up. but one of the is like a master so when correction come I only fix the first one and than all the other will fix it automatically. Like smart objects in PS.

I knew that is possible because I did it long time ago but I forget how to do it. any one know how to do it?

    Look at the content collector (Place and Link will open this)

    Once make the change to your Master block, you will have to update links to have the changes apply to all of the child text blocks.

    that is close but.  how I remember was like that, I built a postcard with pic text and graphic. and than I group it together and than I tell indesign that this is the main postcard and than I made 3 copies of them to make 4 up. next day client come back with change. all I did is made the correction on the main postcard and than all other copies will update automatically. 

    Any ideas what make this work???
