A way to show text-frame contents?

Is there a way in indesign to show all textframe-contents in a non-formated way?

I have lots of textframes with data-connections like this {{219872193:IRD}} and formating. Those data-tags will be replaced by a skript fom a database. Sometimes, those formating is in sizes and fonts that cant display the data-tag, because the resulting text will be sometimes just a single symbol in a special font.

Is there a way to have all text-frames show their content in either a way that the text flows outside the frame (like excel's cell-content does) and/or have them all show their text in a defined font (1pt system for example), so I can zoom in and edit contents?
