A4 et A3 dans le même chemin de fer sur Indesign cc2017

Bonjour,

Je cherche le moyen d'avoir des page A4 et A3 sur le même document dans le chemin de fer. Je souhaite avoir les A3 à gauche (repliées de moitié) et les A4 en vis à vis à droite. C'était possible dans les anciennes versions indd. Pouvez-vous me dire comment faire ?

There is some confusion in the translation but I think what you're asking is how to have different page sizes in InDesign. The screen shot below should explain:

When you create the new document choose one size or the other for the overall page size (picture one above). Then using the Page Tool (circled in red) click on the page that you want to change and in the Control Panel use the sizes pull-down and change it to the new size (A3) or enter the dimensions in the width and height fields (picture two). Picture three shows that the chosen page is already A4.
