Nobody here can help you. You'll need to find all of the details of your prior account and contact Adobe but if you stored your INDD files in your CC storage or if you're referring to Publish Online projects, they may well be gone forever.

Hi @Alan27351829og61:

The community forums is monitored by users like you. We can't restore your account. You will need to pursue this with Adobe. Perhaps you were using a different email than the one you gave them when you reached out?

As Barb and Bob said, we are not Adobe customer support.

Log into the Adobe ID with the email address you used to set up the account.

Go to the link Barb provided:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Here are the contact options you have depending on the kind of account you set up:

I'd recommend the Chat option

How do you know the account was "deleted"?

CC accounts are not "deleted" when payment stops--they convert to "free" accounts with limited access. For example, Bridge is free to use.

If you log into Adobe's website and the account is unknown, you will be able to make a new account. Obvoiusly, you don't remember your password, you can reset it with the original email.

Log into Adobe's site and see if you can sign in. If you can, log out of the Creative Cloud app and back in again. If that doesn't work, (and you are sure you are using the correct account) use the Adobe CC Cleaner app and remove your ID Credentials (ID as in Identification, not InDesign).

Follow up question--are you currently logged in to the forums with the same account? If so, your account is not deleted.
