Activated Adobe font shows in Illustrator but not in InDesign

I have activated a Creative Cloud font (Phoreus Cherokee) but the font does not show up in my InDesign font menu. It does, however, show up just fine in Illustrator. I deactivated the font, thinking that if I activated it from InDesign that might help, but everytime I even scroll that font into view, InDesign crashes. I have dumped preferences, logged in & out, restarted, reinstalled, and considered recycling my computers. Before I get that desperate, is there another something I could try?

Yes. It is just angry with this one font.

I have rolled back to 17.0.1 and now the font works and the crashing has stopped.

Is this problem only occurring with this single font? Can you activate other Creative Cloud fonts and use them in InDesign?
