Exported a file from InDesign as a Fixed layout Epub. The EPub was made from importing a multiple pdf file into In Design.  I know how to add a TOC to a flowing layout but how do I add a clickable TOC to a fixed Layout Epub??

I looked for tutes but can't find. Anyone?

Unless you can create a live document and a linked TOC within it, I believe you'd have to write it in XHTML and add it to the EPUB file.

One of the reasons I strongly dis-recommend FXL EPUBs except for (basically) picture books.

Can you get the PDF contents into a flowing live file and go from there?
